Java Backend Lead Developer

Position: Java Backend Lead DeveloperDomain: Banking / FinanceLocation: Southlake, TX – 3 days a week, Day one onsite.Hire Type: FTE ( Full Time ) Only - No ContractorsSalary: $140K (Based on candidates’ experience and interview feedback) Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.Job Description:Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka.Mandatory Skill: Spring Batch, PCF MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years). Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience. Must be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects. Must have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, PCF, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects. Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies. Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
