Role Description This is a full-time, Physical Therapist position located in Muncie and Anderson, IN. The Physical Therapist will assess patients' physical conditions, establish care plans, and administer therapeutic treatments to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall physical function. Responsibilities include collaborating with care teams, educating patients and families, and delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in home care settings.
