As a Registered Nurse on our close-knit team, you'll enjoy the autonomy of fieldwork, the support of a collaborative clinical team, and the opportunity to grow in a mission-driven organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform initial and ongoing assessments to develop and update personalized care plansDeliver skilled nursing services and specialized procedures per physician ordersComplete timely, accurate documentation including OASIS assessmentsEducate patients and families on safety, medications, and health conditionsCommunicate with physicians regarding changes in patient conditionSupervise and support LPNs and HHAs, including conducting supervisory visitsCoordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and participate in team conferencesEnsure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standardsRequirements What We're Looking ForActive RN license in the state of New MexicoAt least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred)Proficiency in OASIS documentation and home health regulationsStrong clinical judgment and attention to detailAbility to work independently with reliable transportationCurrent CPR certificationCompassionate communicator and collaborative team playerValid driver's license and auto insuranceWhy Join UsAt Corus Home Health, part of the CareM family, our mission is to bring out the courage in others.
