As part of our newly unified Kiremko-Idaho Steel-Reyco team, you'll help shape the future of food-processing solutions by guiding complex projects from initial concept through successful completion.You'll be a key driver of project outcomes. That means owning project planning and execution, building strong and lasting customer relationships, and ensuring every deliverable reflects the high standards our companies are known for. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and field teams while also having the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.Job ResponsibilitiesSchedule projects and resources while ensuring progression and completion on timeTrack and manage project budgetsEnhance the culture of action, accountability, accomplishment, and communication within the teamCreate project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, and requirementsWork with other teams and departments to ensure project accuracy, profitability, progression and completionManage subcontractors through consistent communication, planning, expectation and executionPromote teamwork and lead by exampleManage status reporting to key stakeholdersWork hand in hand with Engineering, Production, Accounting, Installation, and management teams effectivelyTravel with the project as needed (20-50% travel sometimes required)Desired Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree from an accredited University in construction management or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience(3-5+) years of project management experience preferredIncentivesWe are a growing company with a lot of opportunity and a great culture.
