Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst supports the organization’s treasury and finance functions through day‑to‑day cash operations, financial reporting, and liquidity management activities. This role is well‑suited for an early‑career professional and offers exposure to treasury operations, accounting support, and cross‑functional collaboration. The Treasury Analyst will work closely with Treasury, Accounting, and related finance teams to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Treasury & Cash Operations Support daily payment processing activities and related controls. Assist with cash reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies. Support liquidity management activities, including monitoring cash balances and borrowing lines. Assist with cash flow forecasting and projections. Accounts Payable & Accounting Support Provide Accounts Payable support, including coordination with internal teams. Assist with treasury and accounting reconciliations as needed. Support month‑end and periodic financial close activities related to treasury functions. Assist with treasury and accounting financial reporting, including data gathering, report preparation, analysis, and presentation. Support preparation of internal management reports and ad hoc financial analyses. Help maintain documentation related to treasury processes, procedures, and controls. Participate in projects to improve treasury processes, reporting, and efficiencies. Support audits, examinations, and information requests related to treasury activities. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general financial systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Internship or prior experience in treasury, accounting, or banking. Familiarity with cash management, reconciliations, or financial reporting. Experience working with ERP or treasury management systems. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or in progress). 1+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Banking. Work Environment & Expectations This role is based in the Salt Lake City office and requires on‑site presence at least three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday). Standard business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility during reporting or close periods. Location This is a hybrid position reporting to our Salt Lake City, UT office three days a week (Tues. Wed. Thurs).
