Think of it as 'practical magic.'Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to support the daily operations of our custom closet showrooms. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, polished environment for clients while supporting our design team and ensuring the showroom consistently reflects our brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom OperationsOpen and close the showroom in accordance with scheduled hoursMaintain overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the showroomEnsure displays, samples, and materials are properly stocked and visually appealingConduct routine walkthroughs to ensure showroom readiness at all timesCustomer ExperienceGreet and assist walk-in clients in a friendly, professional mannerProvide an overview of products, materials, and showroom displaysAnswer questions and help guide clients through the showroom experienceCapture and route customer inquiries or leads to the appropriate designerTeam SupportAssist designers during in-showroom client appointments as neededPrepare materials, samples, or workspaces for client meetingsProvide general administrative and operational support to the design teamSupport the Customer Liaison team by fielding and scheduling new leadsQualificationsBasic QualificationsPrevious experience in retail, customer service, or showroom environments preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorHighly organized with attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsInterior Design or home-related backgroundCAD knowledge and/or experienceAdditional InformationWhat We OfferFull and part time hoursCompetitive compensationOpportunity for growthBenefitsWeekend (Saturday) availability is requiredCA Privacy Policy - California Privacy Policy - California ClosetsTerms and Conditions: https://www.californiaclosets.com/terms -conditions/
