MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR Carlsbad, CA | In-Office or Remote | Contract – Per FilePGS Home Loans is seeking an experienced, high-level Mortgage Loan Processor to join our purchase-focused brokerage in North San Diego County.This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a professional who can confidently manage a file from contract to close and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the transaction.Our processors are among the highest paid in the industry because we expect top-tier performance.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a full-time processing position (contract per file compensation). You may work in-office or remotely.Our processing department is fully supported by: • File setup team • Lock desk • Submission and disclosure department • Compliance supportYou will NOT lock, register, or submit loans.
