The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial automation, basic PLC knowledge, and the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated machinery and control systems Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Assist with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming adjustments Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment Support production teams by minimizing downtime and improving system efficiency Monitor equipment performance and recommend process improvements Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for upgrades or modifications Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial automation, or related field Basic knowledge of PLC's Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience with troubleshooting sensors, motors, drives, and control panels Familiarity with HMIs and automated control systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills Technical degree or certification in Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Maintenance Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Knowledge of robotics or automated assembly systems Understanding of safety standards (LOTO, OSHA guidelines) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills El Paso TX 3017
