This role offers significant visibility, responsibility, and growth opportunity.Seniority Level: Mid-Senior levelIndustry: Staffing and Recruiting, IT Services and IT ConsultingEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Functions: Account Management, Client Services, Business DevelopmentSkills: Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Account Growth, Client Services, Stakeholder ManagementResponsibilities:Own the day-to-day and long-term success of a large, enterprise-level client engagementAct as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including senior leadershipPartner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution across technical rolesUnderstand the client's technology environment, hiring goals, and workforce challengesDrive regular client touchpoints, including status calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessionsProactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within the accountTranslate client needs into clear direction for internal teamsMonitor performance metrics, delivery outcomes, and overall account healthIdentify opportunities to expand services, deepen partnership, and grow revenueEnsure a high-touch, white-glove client experienceQualifications:4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services within tech, staffing, or professional servicesExperience supporting large, complex, enterprise accountsStrong understanding of technical roles, IT environments, or technology-driven organizationsProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence without direct authorityHighly organized with strong attention to detailConfident communicator who can operate with executives and delivery teams alikeComfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving client needsData-driven mindset with the ability to tell a story through metrics and outcomesPreferred Skills:Experience in workforce solutions, RPO, staffing, or talent consultingExposure to large, multi-brand or multi-business-unit organizationsExperience supporting clients in highly regulated or operationally complex environmentsPay Range And Compensation PackageOwnership of a marquee enterprise account with significant visibility.
