Specializing in mortgage operations, we manage back-end services, allowing our partners to focus on maximizing success in the HELOC market.OverviewThis is a hands-on, high-volume role working exclusively with non-agency HELOCs and HELOANs using Calyx Path and DocMagic, managing files from Clear to Close through Doc Signing. This position is ideal for a closer who runs clean pipelines, understands investor nuance, and does not need hand-holding to meet deadlines.DescriptionThis role is not entry-level and is best suited for a closer comfortable managing volume without constant oversight. You will play a critical role in protecting borrower experience, investor and client confidence, and funding timelines. What You’ll Own Prepare, review, and balance complete closing packages from Clear to Close through Doc Signing Review loan terms, fees, disclosures, and conditions for accuracy and investor compliance Balance Closing Disclosures and settlement statements with title, escrow, lenders, and internal teams Coordinate closing timelines with all parties to ensure on-time execution Ensure full compliance with TRID, TILA, RESPA, CFPB, and investor-specific requirements Clear final conditions and confirm all documents are executed correctly prior to Doc Signing Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly to avoid delays or redraws Maintain accurate loan status updates and documentation within internal systems Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on mortgage loan closing experience Strong working knowledge of TRID, Closing Disclosures, HUD, GFE, and settlement statements Experience working directly with investors, title companies, and escrow agents Proven ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline Clear, professional written and verbal communication Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role Experience with Calyx Path or Blue Sage, DocMagic, and Docutech preferred This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, catches issues before they escalate, and values clean execution over shortcuts. Compensation & Benefits $50,000–$60,000 base salary (paid semi-monthly), based on experience Per-file bonus eligibility after 90 days Two weeks PTO annually One-week sick time annually Eight paid holidays plus one floating holiday Health, Dental, Vision (50% employer-paid health) 401(k) available after 90 days  Why Prime Lender Solutions We are a third-party mortgage operations provider supporting our clients by running disciplined, modern closing operations built on clean files, regulatory compliance, accountability, and execution.You will work in an environment that: Respects the closer’s role and expertise Maintains clean pipelines with clear expectations Values accuracy, ownership, and operational efficiency If you are a Mortgage Loan Closer who takes pride in precision, owns deadlines, and thrives in a focused, professional, 100% remote environment, we want to talk.
