Other system services include the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute, a regional trauma program, LifeFlight of Maine's southern Maine base, the Central Maine Comprehensive Cancer Center and other high-quality clinical services.ResponsibilitiesCentral Maine Healthcare is looking for a dynamic Nurse Educator to add to our Maternity team at Central Maine Medical Center!Serves as a practitioner, educator, consultant, and evidence-based practice leader. Responsible for needs assessment, design and development, delivery and evaluation of in-service programs, orientation and continuing education for nurses, students, and other staff in specified clinical areas. Develops educational policies and procedures; serves as a resource person to staff and management; participates in quality and performance improvement activities; and serves on special committees as needed.
