Retail Sales Associate Keyholder- 3 To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and assist store leadership in performing daily operations and objectives of the store. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The below listing of essential and periodic functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be requested to be performed by supervisor or manager. Provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service by acknowledging all customers and being attentive to shopper's needs. Stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels in accordance with store processes and procedures. Price and label products in accordance with store processes and procedures. Price and labeling of closeout section in backroom. Price and process products from Shipping/Returns Department. Keyholder - opening and closing duties for weekdays/weekends. Sets zone schedule and duties for team. Ensure fast and accurate service during customer shopping and check-out process. Perform general store maintenance and cleaning as assigned. Secondary Responsibilities Assist in large event sales, including the bi-annual Mason Tent Sale, Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. Assist in performing annual inventory in accordance with store processes and procedures. Education and/or Experience Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required. 1-2 years of progressively responsible retail experience preferred. Cash handling experience strongly preferred. Merchandising experience desired (Floor/Window Displays) Social media experience to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Outgoing, friendly, positive and customer-focused Ability to commit to scheduled work hours with a reliable mode of transportation Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the organization Committed to an environment which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion Innovative Physical Requirements Must be able to work on your feet in a fast paced environment Stand, walk and move for 8 hours shifts Help move product/new freight that is 25 pounds periodically Bend, twist, turn, reach, push and pull comfortably Things to Know You get 35% off the brands we carry for you and your immediate family We have passionate leadership invested in your growth Our hours are Mon-Friday, 9a-6p Sat 9-5.30p and Sun 11a-4p Base wage + commission for great customer service Family owned retail business in operation since 1904!
