Project Controls Coordinator 📍 Haskell, TX area 💼 On-site only 💰 $31–$42 per hour + $950–$1,050 weekly per diem We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Controls Coordinator to join a major industrial/construction project team. This is a key role supporting project delivery through robust cost, schedule, and performance tracking against established baselines. The Role As Project Controls Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining project control systems, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility across all phases of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop project budgets and establish a structured Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Build and manage the project controls database, including activity coding and cost/progress tracking Create and maintain fully linked CPM schedules to monitor timelines and milestones Partner with the Project Manager to support and maintain positive project cash flow Implement and manage change control processes, including tracking change orders, trends, and forecasts Maintain historical project data, progress curves, and manage system data uploads/downloads Support estimating, documentation, and preparation of change orders and extra work requests Provide technical guidance and support to field teams Produce accurate weekly and monthly cost and progress reports for internal and client stakeholders About You Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability Confident communicator, both written and verbal Proven experience in project controls, including scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting Comfortable working closely with project teams and site personnel to ensure data accuracy and compliance What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate: $31–$42 per hour Generous per diem: $950–$1,050 per week (site dependent) Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact industrial projects
