Painter

The Painter is responsible for all painting projects and assignments in public areas, back of house and guest rooms to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment.Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basisKeep the hotel decor in good conditionClean all work areas after completing jobHave a thorough understanding of fire alarm procedures and other emergenciesHave a thorough understanding of Hotel rules and regulationsOther duties as assigned or requiredKeep outside curbs paintedKeep all guest corridors in good repairAs Painter, Compensation ranges between $21 and $23 per hour based on experience.
