Clinical responsibilities include delivering primary care services, managing chronic and acute medical conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires prescriptive authority and involves working collaboratively with the site medical director, behavioral health team, physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses/registered nurses.
