We are seeking experienced Data Center Sr. Project Managers to lead field execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.

Project Location & TravelThe project is located in West Texas, within commuting distance of the MidlandOdessa region
MidlandOdessa International Air & Space Port (MAF) serves as the primary airport hub for project travel
Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates
This is a 25 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity

About the RoleThe Senior Project Manager leads overall project strategy, financial performance, and client relationships on one of the most significant hyperscale data center programs in the region. This role oversees multiple Project Managers and drives execution across a multi-year AI infrastructure build.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall project execution and financial performance
Manage and mentor Project Managers and Engineers
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration
Serve as primary interface with owners and executive stakeholders
Drive risk mitigation and schedule certainty
Support long-term program planning across phases
Qualifications12+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
Prior hyperscale data center leadership strongly preferred
Strong executive-level communication and leadership skills
Proven success managing multi-year programs
Willingness to support long-term deployment in West Texas
