Job Title: Electrical Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical scope of commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.This role is responsible for driving project execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction by coordinating field operations, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong electrical expertise who can effectively bridge field execution and project strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects from kickoff through closeoutPartner with Superintendents and Foremen to align field operations with schedules and milestonesEstablish project objectives, execution plans, and performance standards in accordance with contract requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsMonitor project progress, identify risks proactively, and implement solutions to keep work on trackManage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change ordersReview and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate executionLead or participate in project meetings and provide professional project representationEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsPrepare and communicate project updates including progress reports, cost tracking, and scheduling statusRequired QualificationsElectrical background required (commercial or industrial preferred)Proven experience managing electrical construction projects from start to finishStrong knowledge of electrical systems, estimating, design, and National Electrical Code (NEC)Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and competing prioritiesStrong communication and leadership skills with ability to influence field and office teamsProficiency with project management software and construction documentation systemsPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and navigate active construction sitesOccasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed on job sitesVisual acuity for reviewing plans and evaluating field conditionsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive benefitsPaid time offRetirement plan optionsCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive and team-oriented work environment
