This role is the engine of our growth-focused on speed-to-lead, high-level conversion, and strategic pipeline management.This is not a passive role. We are looking for a "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is motivated by appointments set, opportunities created, and deals closed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Follow-Up: Respond to all inbound leads (online, phone, text) within minutes. Qualify prospects by identifying motivation, timeline, and financial readiness.Appointment Setting: Set and confirm high-quality appointments for buyer and seller consultations, ensuring a seamless handoff to the field agents.Outbound Prospecting: Proactively call and text database leads, internet leads, and farming lists. Execute circle prospecting and re-engagement campaigns.CRM Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in our CRM. Track every conversation, set reminders, and ensure no lead is left behind.Pipeline Oversight: Monitor the database to identify "hidden" opportunities and report on weekly KPIs, including contacts made and conversion rates.Performance ExpectationsHigh Volume: Consistent daily outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups.Speed-to-Lead: Strict adherence to immediate lead response times.Accountability: Full ownership of appointment-setting benchmarks and weekly performance reviews.QualificationsExperience: Real estate experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a proven sales background.Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills; you must be confident, persuasive, and professional.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRMs and modern communication tools is required.Mindset: You are hungry, coachable, and highly competitive.
