Wound Care Nurse (Full Time)

Job Description The Heritage Center of Holiday Health Care, a privately owned and operated nursing facility on the north side of Evansville, is seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse. We are looking for an experienced nurse with a passion for long-term care and a desire to improve the quality of life for our residents. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and an on-call rotation every 8th week.As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and treating wounds, monitoring for infections, and implementing preventative care plans.
