Medical Center is seeking Wound Care physician to join a team composed of board-certified general and vascular surgeons, APP's, and a strong support staff.- Interested candidates should be Board Certified in Surgery, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.- Monday?Friday daytime schedule- No weekends- No call responsibilities- All hospital-based outpatient practice- Candidate would work in partnership with other hospital service lines, including:Critical care, Primary care, Vascular surgery, General surgery, Hospitalist group, Emergency department, Burn Treatment Center, Infectious disease, Orthopedics, Cardiology- Evaluate and treat new patients and follow-up patients for Wound Care services.- Order testing and lab that is needed to evaluate the patient's wound and underlying conditions- Interpret all test results ordered- Communicate with the patients' PCPs and specialists as needed- Communicate with patients and family members with regard to the patients throughout their treatment plans- Provide referrals to other healthcare providers as needed- Perform advanced modalities and procedures as patient care requires.
