Assembler

Job Description Position Overview:The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and components into completed products used in specialized equipment for physical therapy, chiropractic, and athletic training applications. This hands-on role involves the use of various tools, adherence to work instructions, and maintaining quality and efficiency within a manufacturing environment.Primary Responsibilities:Assemble product components according to detailed work instructions and quality guidelines.Use hand tools, jigs, and testing devices to ensure proper construction and function of each unit.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout the production shift.Accurately complete necessary documentation related to production and quality checks.Monitor and restock parts and materials using Kanban or similar inventory systems.Additional Responsibilities:Support team members and production flow as needed.Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.Working Environment:This role takes place in a manufacturing facility with a focus on team-based production.Noise and physical activity are part of the daily routine.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, bend, and move frequently throughout the shift.Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.Capable of performing repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail.Travel Requirements:No travel required.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.Strong mechanical skills or aptitude for using tools and reading measurements.Basic computer literacy for completing forms and accessing instructions.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.Preferred Skills (Not Required):Experience with soldering or electrical components.Woodworking or fabrication background.Ability to read and understand technical drawings or blueprints.Familiarity with CNC machinery or processes.INDSXF
