We take pride in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment for our employees. 125k to 325k +Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site/ in field role located in Suisun, CA, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers to understand their Electrification needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales. Daily tasks include generating leads, managing relationships with clients, delivering product demonstrations, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also provide post-sale customer service and contribute to team training and development initiatives.QualificationsProven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.Experience in Sales and strong ability to identify customer needs and close deals.Knowledge in Sales Management processes and the capability to support sales strategies.Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members to improve overall performance.Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.Ability to work on-site and in field, and maintain a professional work ethic.Prior experience in HVAC sales or related fields is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or marketing is advantageous.
