The Maintenance Technician will handle day-to-day operations, including performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring seamless facility operations. Responsibilities also include addressing maintenance requests, overseeing vendors, and adhering to safety guidelines to maintain optimal building functionality.QualificationsProficiency in Equipment Maintenance, including diagnosing and repairing equipment issuesExperience in Troubleshooting and resolving facility or system concerns efficientlyFamiliarity with Preventive Maintenance procedures to ensure the long-term functionality of systemsSkills in Maintenance & Repair for buildings and equipmentCMMS software experienceSkills in painting, carpet tile, light plumbing and HVAC, framing and drywallStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyKnowledge of safety guidelines and regulationsPrior experience in building maintenance is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HVAC, plumbing, or similar fields is a plus
