DOGPOUND NY –Membership Sales Specialist RoleLocation: 1 Renwick St, New York, NY 10013Compensation: $30/hour Schedule: Full TimeRole Overview:DOGPOUND is seeking an elite, performance-driven Membership Sales Specialist for our New York location. This is not a traditional fitness sales role. We are hiring a high-level closer who thrives on strategy, understands the psychology of luxury sales, and operates with autonomy from day one.Candidates must have proven success selling premium memberships in elite environments such as Soho House, San Vicente Bungalows, luxury hospitality brands, or comparable high-profile spaces. Concierge or private club experience is highly valued.This role requires someone who arrives ready to lead, elevate the standard, and drive immediate results.You are competitive, disciplined, and energized by the challenge of securing the “yes.” You are not deterred by rejection, you are motivated by it. You understand how to read the room, navigate objections, and close high-ticket memberships with confidence.Core Responsibilities:Sales Pipeline Ownership & Strategic OutreachOwn and manage the sales pipeline within HubSpot with precision and discipline.Execute high-volume outbound outreach (100+ calls per shift) with confidence, urgency, and intention.Drive structured follow-up sequences while personally optimizing strategy based on performance data.Maintain impeccable CRM documentation: every touchpoint tracked, every opportunity maximized.Collaborate with Operations to strategically target peak conversion windows.Elite Membership Sales & Conversion5–10+ years of proven luxury or premium membership sales experience, with a consistent track record of driving strong conversion performance in elite environments.Confidently convert qualified prospects into committed DOGPOUND members, owning the full sales journey from first touch to close.Navigate objections with composure and strategic precision, consistently securing membership commitments.Manage pipeline and outbound outreach with discipline, urgency, and data-driven follow-through.Operate with initiative and accountability, elevating standards and contributing immediate value from day one.White-Glove Client ExperienceDeliver polished, five-star communication across phone, email, text, and in-studio interactions.Maintain discretion and professionalism in high-profile environments.Ensure seamless onboarding, including timely execution of new member perks and welcome experiences.Support retention and re-engagement with strategic follow-through.Studio Presence & StandardsUphold luxury hospitality standards across all touchpoints.Maintain an immaculate and organized front-of-house environment.Represent the DOGPOUND brand with confidence, urgency, and precision.ScheduleFull-time role averaging 35–40 hours per week, including weekend and closing coverage:Sunday: 7:30-4pmMonday: 1-830pmTuesday: 1-830pmWednesday: 1-830pmFriday: 9-5pmRequirements5–10+ years of proven luxury or premium membership sales experience. Background at high-end fitness brands such as Equinox, private member clubs, boutique luxury studios, five-star hospitality groups, or comparable elite environments strongly preferred.Demonstrated success selling to discerning, high-profile, or influential clientele.Experience in private residences, concierge services, or celebrity-facing environments is highly valued.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-ticket sales targets in fast-paced, performance-driven settings.Advanced proficiency with Hubspot, along with strong working knowledge of Mindbody and Google Workspace.Availability for weekends, evenings, and holiday coverage.Exceptional communication skills, articulate, polished, confident, and persuasive.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-through.
