This is not simply our job, it's our passion.Job SummaryThe Landscaping Technician is responsible for maintaining the condition of all gardens, green areas, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet the aesthetic standards of the One&Only Moonlight Basin brand. This role supports the execution of all landscaping programs, contributing to creating a visually appealing environment for guests and colleagues alike.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform daily maintenance of gardens, green areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure optimal appearanceCarry out planting, fertilization, cultivation, and reforestation activitiesExecute different types of pruning for trees, shrubs, and plants, according to hornicultural and seasonal needsRemove weeds to maintain soil health across landscaped areasClean outdoor spaces, including pathways, ensuring high presentation standardsSupport landscaping efforts during adverse weather events, such as snow, hail, and rain stormsUse landscapingFollow safety procedures in all tasks performedPerform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Landscaping or other members of managementSkills, Experience, & Educational RequirementsPrevious experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related fieldUnderstanding of horticulture or agriculture practicesPossess a driver's licenseAbility to consistently work outdoors in different weather conditionsAbility to follow instructions given by leadershipCommitment to quality, cleanliness, and safety standardsPhysical RequirementsThe ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation.
