The technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Additionally, the role includes conducting preventive maintenance, addressing specialized plumbing and electrical concerns, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The technician will work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure all systems operate efficiently and reliably.QualificationsProficiency in HVAC system troubleshooting and problem-solvingCompetence in performing preventive maintenance to ensure long-term operational efficiencyBasic plumbing skills, including managing HVAC-related plumbing systemsUnderstanding of electricity and electrical systems related to HVAC operationEPA certification or equivalent qualificationStrong organizational and communication skillsBasic plumbing and carpentry skills preferred Experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is preferred
