Warehouse Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:The Warehouse Employee supports daily warehouse and distribution operations at Norma Precision Inc by ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently. This role contributes to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse organization while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments; verify materials against shipping documentsPick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment in accordance with company proceduresLoad and unload outbound shipments, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging.Accurately stage, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locationsAssist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy reporting Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).Always maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Crosstrain in multiple warehouse functions, including fulfillment, shipping, and inventory supportFollow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures Other duties may be assigned based on business needs and conditions.Qualifications / RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED Warehouse, Distribution, Or Manufacturing Experience PreferredAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure.Internal Applicants with attendance issues will not be consideredWORKING CONDITIONS:Standard warehouse environment, with normal air contaminants, such as dust, typically found in a warehouse setting. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of normal warehouse equipment (machinery, forklifts, etc.)Position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking distances inside the plant.May require standing, stooping, reaching, pushing and pulling.Ability to stand and work for extended hours.Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60lbs and 30lbs above shoulder level.Ability to wear proper safety equipment, including gloves, eye protection, etc.Ability to hear soft and loud noises and respond accordingly.Ability to bend, twist, turn and reach.Regular and predictable attendance requiredAll offers of Employment are conditioned upon successfully passing a drug test and background check.Why Norma Precision Inc?Norma Precision Inc, a member of Beretta Holding Company, is a premium manufacturer of small arms ammunition and components serving military, law enforcement, and commercial markets worldwide.
