Role Description The Bi-lingual Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations and management of a residential property located in Tallahassee, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves supervising property staff, maintaining positive resident relationships, managing leases, addressing tenant concerns, ensuring property maintenance, and overseeing financial duties such as rent collection. The Property Manager will also contribute to marketing and leasing efforts to support property occupancy goals. Qualifications Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication with a diverse resident baseExperience in property management, lease agreements, and tenant relationsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasksKnowledge of financial management, including rent collection, budgeting, and property expense controlProficiency in marketing and leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy ratesBasic knowledge of maintenance and repair processes, including vendor and contractor negotiationExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredExperience with property management software is a plus
