Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Looking for an administrative assistant to answer phones, emails, schedule appointments, do invoices, proposals, and other general office work. A person successful at this position, would track multiple projects in an organized fashion, proposals would go out fast followed by scheduling appointments. Later on, invoices and data entry occur. We are a busy engineering firm and this role supports the team, with the administrative things that help run the system. Qualifications1) Most importantly, must have a good attitude2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills3) Great organizational skills4) Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and be computer literate5) Prior office experience is prefferred Will train the right candidate.
