Litigation Attorney

A respected, regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing Cleveland office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated civil litigation matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Handle a variety of civil defense litigation matters, including corporate/business and employment disputesManage cases through all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsPrepare and respond to written discoveryConduct depositions and assist with case strategyCommunicate with clients regarding case status and litigation strategyEvaluate liability and damages and assist with developing case recommendationsQualifications:Licensed to practice law in Ohio3+ years of civil litigation experienceBackground in defense litigation, particularly corporate/business or employment matters preferredStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a team-oriented environmentSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independentlyThis is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to join a reputable firm with a strong litigation practice and opportunities for professional growth.
