Construction Yard Handyman/Mechanic /Yard Maintenance

Overview A retired handyman-mechanic looking for something to do. Flexible work hours , set your own schedule.. Maintain property and driveway. Repair, organize and maintain construction company tools and equipment. Able to weld a plus. Work in the yard alone. Responsibilities - Mowing, weed-whacking and shared snow removal responsibility - Use sand blast station - Fabricate and weld metal structures when required - Maintain and repair vehicles. - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues - Interpret schematics for equipment repairs Requirements - Ability to fabricate, weld, and perform basic electrical work - Able to properly prep and painting. - Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting tasks - Good organizational skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
