Warehouse/Shipping Coordinator Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourJob description: Regional International is looking for a Full Time Warehouse/Shipping CoordinatorPrimary Accountabilities:Unload and check-in all incoming orders (vendor or interbranch), matching item to packing slip and bringing any order discrepancies to the attention of the Purchasing Manager; appropriately posting items to KARMAK business system and billing any committed parts to customers or repair ordersCoordinate all interbranch orders (both incoming and outgoing)Work with drivers to schedule special deliveries or pick-ups as neededCoordinate shipping for all outgoing items such as customer orders, parts and core returns, determining appropriate shipping methods for items based on item/package size and weightPick orders as needed by the Retail and Internal Parts Specialists, labeling and billing orders appropriatelyCheck and maintain stock levels and stock incoming itemsEnsure all paperwork is routed to the appropriate department for processing, follow-up or filingSafe operation of motorized warehouse equipment, using established guidelinesComplete all required training within specified time frameSpecial projects or other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or other senior leadershipQualifications that a candidate MUST possess to gain consideration for this position:Minimum of 6 months general work experienceValid New York State Driver LicenseMust be willing to learn and be certified in operating motorized warehouse equipmentAbility to use a personal computer, a general understanding of Microsoft Office software programs, and the ability to learn other database or proprietary software programs as neededMust have the ability to frequently lift a minimum of 50 pounds without assistanceMust be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customerMust be organized, self-motivated and have good written and verbal communication skillsMust have good judgment, problem solving skills, and adapt to change readilyWarehouse/Shipping Coordinator - Benefits:Regional International offers competitive wages which are based upon experience, as well as several other perks which include but are not limited to:Excellent benefits including medical, dental, lifeWellness ProgramHealth Spending AccountFlexible SpendingPaid holidays, vacations and personal timeExcellent 401(k) plan with Employer matchUniforms ProvidedJob Type: Full-time Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision InsuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift 8:00am - 4:30pm, work location: In person
