The role works closely with the W&O Lead Team, Customer Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to translate strategic plans into clear action plans aligned to our W&O strategy. The specialist leads and follows up sales activities with wholesale partners and associate distributors, building top-to-bottom relationships with customer leadership. This is a remote position covering the Pacific Northwest; candidates should reside within the aligned Essity regional structure and be able to travel often.What You Will DoLead the implementation and goal achievement of agreed joint business plans with the W&O lead team and external stakeholdersBuild, maintain and develop strong relationships and deliver desired business results within the wholesale channelManage a robust pipeline within the assigned geography to achieve growth and profitability ambitionsProactively develop relationships and drive new business opportunities within the wholesale channelLeverage self-service platforms and digital tools to drive interest and purchase of Tork productsDrive sales activities and launch plans in the region, including value-added selling, business reviews and financial forecastsPerform effective training and coaching on new innovations, Tork products and use of digital platforms such as Easy Order and TORK GlobalBuild strong relationships, understanding and collaboration with internal teamsCollaborate with other distributor enablement specialists, key account managers and segment sales teams to drive growth and profitability in alignment with the overall strategy and the account's joint business planWho You AreBachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing; experience in lieu of education will be consideredMinimum 5–7 years of sales experience, 2–3 years of account managementDistribution management experience preferredDigital, virtual and/or omnichannel experience preferredAbility to identify, quantify, capture and nurture new business opportunities to achieve short- and long-term goalsExperience leveraging MS Office, MS Teams and Seismic to drive successful sales effortsExperience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics to manage and develop business preferredStrong understanding of growth strategies and ability to translate them into practical sales plans and best practicesStrong negotiation, listening and influencing skills; able to negotiate independently with top customers in the area of responsibilityExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levelsWell-structured planning skills providing added value and insight for customersStrong drive for results, sense of urgency, self-starter with a strong work ethicConfidence in own ability to succeed and a winning attitudeHealth and hygiene industry experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong organizational and collaborative skillsAvailability to travel 40% of the time domestically, primarily within the regionWhat We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe every career is unique and empower employees to reach their full potential in a culture driven by purpose.Compensation and Benefits$70,000 – $85,000 annual salary range + sales incentive + benefits.
