Company Description Pediatric private practice serving birth to 21. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Fort Myers, FL. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to support patients in improving their functional abilities. Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, documenting progress, and providing family or caregiver education as necessary. The therapist will work with pediatric patients. Qualifications Possess expertise in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic strategiesExperience in Rehabilitation and a strong foundation in Medicine to understand and address diverse patient needsStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsSpecialized experience or interest in Pediatrics is highly desiredAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environmentValid state license to practice occupational therapy in FloridaCPR and First Aid certification requiredCompassionate and patient-centered approach to care
