For our client, we are seeking a Analyst II Full Stack to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $128,000 – $188,000 annuallyResponsibilities Leverage advanced data analytics to develop and optimize business strategies across products and geographies Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends to adjust operational strategies Collaborate with Engineering and ML teams to design and interpret performance metrics for scalable models Work with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into analytical strategies Develop and oversee analytical frameworks for new product launches and market entries Engage with external stakeholders to align practices and strengthen strategic relationships Build AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior analystsQualifications 2-5 years of experience in analytics within consumer lending or fintech Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or other scripting languages Deep expertise in data mining, visualization, and statistical modeling with machine learning application experience Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and market dynamics Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholdersBenefits 100% subsidized medical coverage for employees and dependents Generous stipends for Technology, Food, Lifestyle needs, and family forming expenses Competitive vacation and holiday schedules to encourage time off Employee stock purchase plan at a discountOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
