As an Analyst, your responsibilities will be: Monitoring and analysis of deposits in our merchants in order to detect risks. Design, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor operational risks, identify trends, and deliver key visual insights that support strategic decision‑making. Analyze transactional data and develop detailed reports in Excel, translating complex datasets into actionable insights for business leaders and cross‑functional teams. Oversee compliance with card brand regulations and regulatory programs, ensuring internal processes align with required standards and industry expectations. Document findings, prepare compliance reports, and recommend process improvements, strengthening internal controls and optimizing monitoring and compliance workflows. In addition, you can make a difference if you meet: Barchelor's degree in BA, Finance, information systems or related fields. Experience with Power BI, Advanced excell. Knowledge in Card brand regulations and compliance programs (PCI, anti-fraud initiatives). Experience on transaction monitoring and risk analysis payments Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail. Identify and resolve problems promptly, and develop alternative solutions to emerging issues. Fully Bilingual - English and Spanish oral and written. High Knowledge of Word, Excel, and other related software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Outstanding customer service skills. Fast learner with high initiative and proactivity traits. Teamwork-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
