ESI's sister company Jameson Suppy ( https://jamesonsupply.com/ ) is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Commercial/Residential Door & Hardware Installers to support a variety of construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in door, frame, and hardware installation who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. We are open to candidates with varying levels of relevant experience, with opportunities to grow as skills develop.BenefitsESI covers 100% of the medical premium for all employees and families.Competitive 401k matchLucrative bonus potentialGreat upward mobility for career growthResponsibilitiesDepending on experience level, duties may include:Installing commercial and residential doors, frames, and hardwareInstalling and adjusting closers, panic devices, hinges, locks, and related hardwareAssisting with storefront and glazing installationsInstalling hollow metal, Timely, and other door and frame systems with hardwarePerforming wood door and trim installation, including pre-hung doorsAssisting with door fabrication, including welding and production assembly (as applicable)Reading and interpreting blueprints, door schedules, and hardware setsMeasuring, cutting, assembling, and modifying materials using hand and power toolsSupporting material handling, site preparation, and job site organizationMaintaining quality workmanship while following all safety procedures and company policiesQualificationsWe are hiring for multiple experience levels:Entry–Mid Level: 1–3 years of experience with doors, hardware, or general carpentry preferredExperience or exposure to any of the following is a plus:Glazing and storefront installationCommercial hardware installationWood door and trim carpentryHollow metal door and frame installationClosers and panic devices (electrified experience is a plus, not required)Door fabrication, welding, or production assemblyReliable transportation to and from job sitesStrong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills Working Conditions This position requires indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to varying weather conditionsMay involve working at heights, near fumes or airborne particles, and around electrical componentsNoise levels on job sites are typically loud. Physical Demands This position may require frequent travel by motor vehicle.The role may involve extended hours on construction sites, necessitating physical stamina to move around the premises.The ability to lift and/or move materials and tools is essential, with a maximum weight limit of 50lbs. These tasks may vary and are not required to be performed daily.Effective and professional communication and interaction with supervisors, employees, and others, whether individually or in a team environment, are vital aspects of the role.Adherence to safety protocols and the ability to follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment guidelines, and company policies, are necessary for performing work safely and effectively.Travel RequirementsMay be required to work on project sites both within and outside of the Boise metropolitan area, or in other states.
