Our team prides itself on providing high-touch service and building long-term client relationships.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Paraplanner / New Business Processor to support our advisory team. This role is integral to the client experience, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of new client onboarding, coordinating asset transfers, and serving as a key liaison between Advisors and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end new client onboarding, including account opening and documentation processingOversee and track asset transfers, rollovers, and account funding to completionServe as a primary liaison between Advisors and clients, ensuring clear and timely communicationPrepare and process all necessary paperwork with custodians and internal systemsMonitor and follow up on outstanding items to ensure efficient processing and a smooth client experienceAssist Advisors with meeting preparation, including gathering client data and documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systemsEnsure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirementsProvide ongoing operational and administrative support to the advisory teamQualificationsActive Series 65 or Series 66 (with Series 7) license required2+ years of experience in a wealth management, RIA, or financial services environment preferredStrong understanding of account types, custodial platforms, and asset transfer processesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with CRM systems and financial planning tools is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement plan, etc.)20 days Paid Time Off (PTO) plus paid holidaysOpportunity to grow within a collaborative and client-focused firm
