Whether bringing prior estate planning experience or looking to grow into the practice area, this role is well suited for someone eager to learn, contribute, and be part of a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and care in the work they do.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct intake calls and help pre-qualify estate planning leadsGuide clients through document collection and next stepsCreate and manage client files in Clio and LawmaticsDraft estate planning documents under attorney supervisionCoordinate with internal and remote drafting support when neededPrepare clients and materials for signing meetingsAssist with post-signing follow-up and file completionServe as a consistent point of contact for clients throughout their matterRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and ability to manage structured processesClear, confident, and professional communication with clientsAbility to manage multiple matters at different stagesComfortable learning and working within systems such as Clio and LawmaticsA collaborative, reliable team member who follows throughEducation and experience can vary. A college degree or paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.
