Build and nurture relationships with real estate professionals, financial advisors, individual borrowers, and builders to expand referral networks and generate loan opportunities. Assist clients throughout the loan application journey, from the initial consultation to closing, ensuring timely collection and processing of all required documents. Keep up-to-date with current mortgage rates, loan products, and regulatory requirements to offer clients accurate and relevant guidance. Work closely with underwriters, loan processors, and other team members to facilitate prompt loan approvals while adhering to lender policies and federal regulations. Engage in community and real estate events to boost the company’s presence and cultivate new business prospects.
