Role SummaryLead production on a servo-driven narrow web flexographic digital hybrid press to convert high-quality prime labels with precision and consistency. We invest in cutting-edge technology and cultivate a customer-first, team-centered culture grounded in lasting partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a flexo/digital hybrid press to exact job specifications (hands-on experience required).Set up for printing and die-cutting; load substrates, install tooling, mount plates, set impression, and calibrate press settings.Confirm substrate, ink, and tooling conform to required specifications prior to and during production.Adjust ink laydown, line speed, and dryer temperatures to achieve target quality.Identify and resolve print issues rapidly to limit downtime and waste.Conduct routine maintenance: oiling, cleaning, and minor mechanical repairs.QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency with servo-driven narrow web platforms such as Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, or Omet.Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks in a high-velocity environment.Proactive problem-solver with a commitment to efficiency and quality.Capable of standing, lifting, and performing the physical functions of press operation.Effective communicator and collaborative team contributor.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay with bonus opportunity.Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short/long-term disability coverage.401(k) with generous company match.Paid Time Off (PTO).Eligibility for a cash incentive program at 90 days.Advancement potential within a fast-growing company.Culture & GrowthJoin a team that prizes innovation, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
