Full-Time Programs Manager

Programs Manager At-A-Glance Best Delegate is hiring a full-time remote worker to contribute to our Programs Department. This role is designed for someone who is excited to help grow the department and their career with the company over the next 3+ years. This role has a mission that will grow as the business continues to scale to deliver the Model United Nations Institute and other Global Leadership programming to thousands of students across the United States. We are looking for someone who has the capability to work independently and be promoted to a Senior Programs Manager within three years by delivering great results, specifically during our MUN Institute programs and programs with large-scale education partners. This person will help us reimagine the management structure and delivery of the MUN Institute to enable us to be on multiple campuses with ~100+ day camp students per week or ~125 day and overnight students per week. This person will support the Programs Director in designing the new staff accountability chart, creating job descriptions, marketing/ recruiting for these roles, and hiring high performing staff capable of delivering a program that consistently receives 9+/10 student experience ratings and an NPS of 70% or better. They will also set up everything for a strong summer including curriculum, relationships with vendors, materials, and delivery of staff training. The Programs Manager should also be comfortable communicating with parents, clients, and vendors over the phone - this is an external-facing role. The salary for this role is between $54-56k USD with the opportunity for a ~$2k summer delivery bonus plus benefits and is open to anyone who has authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship will not be available.
