Production/Application Support (Fulltime only)

Role - Production/Application SupportLocation: Charlotte, NC Employment Type: Full-timeJob Description: We are seeking a skilled Production/Application Support professional with experience in Financial Services, preferably in Regulatory Reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to ensure the stability and performance of critical applications.Primary Responsibilities:Provide production and application support for business-critical systems.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Work with SQL and Unix/Linux environments to investigate and fix data or system-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.Required Skills:Strong experience in Production/Application Support.Proficiency in SQL and Unix/Linux.Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.Experience in Financial Services, preferably Regulatory Reporting.Preferred Skills:Exposure to automation and analytics, including scripting.Experience with Informatica and batch scheduling tools.Familiarity with Excel and/or Tableau for reporting and analysis.Understanding of ITSM processes (incident, problem, and change management).Key Attributes:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills
