Swoon is hiring for our Healthcare Client in New York City and this will be an onsite position.This is a 2-month contract opportunity to start.Position SummaryOur healthcare client is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations and employee timekeeping services. This role will serve as a key liaison between facility employees, HR, and Payroll teams while ensuring timely payroll processing, resolving timesheet issues, and delivering strong internal customer service. Ideal candidates will have payroll administration experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort working with multiple systems.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and reconcile employee timesheets for payroll processingSupport payroll preparation activities and ensure timely submissionsAct as a liaison between facility staff and Payroll to resolve inquiriesTroubleshoot payroll and timekeeping issues using internal systems, reports, and ServiceNowComplete payroll-related forms and escalate complex cases when necessaryAssist employees with ESS/MSS system navigation and self-service toolsProvide backup support for Payroll Shared Services call center operationsStay current on payroll procedures, policies, and software updatesAssist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assignedIf interested in more details, please apply!
