We are a community of excellence.Providing quality care is the cornerstone of our organization.Position Summary:Brighter, Stronger Foundation is seeking Mental Health Therapists to provide quality, individualized treatment to our growing clientele within the Harford County public school system.What you'll do:Provide quality clinical assessment and treatment, interventions and care based on established best practices and medical necessity guidelinesComplete diagnostic assessments and develop measurable treatment plans to meet needs and goals of clientsComplete diagnostic assessment tools that support and correspond with client’s clinical presentationComplete client notes capturing each client sessionComplete clinical documentation in compliance with payor standardsMaintain clear, up-to-date client records and communications in HIPAA compliant EHRProvide culturally sensitive, client-centered careWork collaboratively with members of BSF’s teamProvide community referral sources as required throughout care and at dischargeWhen relevant, coordinate care with prescriber, PCP, or other collateralsMaintain a confidential and professional looking virtual office spaceRemain in compliance with company policies and proceduresMaintain good standing with all licensing boardsComplete all required continuing education requirements for licensure and specializationsWhat We Offer?Direct Admin Support: Dedicated care coordination team to manage referrals, and match you with clients that fit your expertise.
