Operations Program Manager

Overview As an Operations Program Manager, you drive the end-to-end operations for space hardware programs in a high-mix, low-volume setting. You lead cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and test to ensure on-time delivery of spaceflight hardware. You shape manufacturing readiness, cost and schedule oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. This high-visibility role values proactive problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration to deliver complex opto-mechanical assemblies.
