This position supports daily operations at our crushing, aggregate, and asphalt plant facilities and plays an important role in maintaining safe and efficient production operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist with Daily Crusher & Asphalt Plant operationsPerform cleanup around crushers, conveyors, asphalt plant equipment, and screening equipment Load, unload, and move materials and supplies Support plant operators, equipment operators, and maintenance personnel as needed Monitor work areas for safety and housekeeping Perform general maintenance and labor duties around plants and yard areas Operate hand tools and small equipment safely Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations QualificationsAbility to perform physically demanding outdoor work Willingness to work around crushing and asphalt production equipment Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Mechanical aptitude and labor experience preferred Previous aggregate, asphalt, mining, or crushing plant experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We OfferCompetitive pay 401K with company matchFull-time, year-round work Overtime opportunities Health and benefits package Career growth opportunities within the Materials Division Team-oriented work environment ScheduleFull-time Day shift Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required Apply TodayJoin Porter W.
