Join our team and be part of a dynamic company that values excellence and fosters growth opportunities.We are seeking three roles within our production team: Chair Assembly Technicians, Spring Up Technicians, and Packers. The ideal candidates will contribute to assembling a variety of chairs, installing springs with precision, and packing finished products for shipment. These roles offer a collaborative environment and the chance to contribute to top-tier healthcare furniture while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Overall Responsibilities (applies to all three roles)Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to assemble components to specification.Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality, fit, and finishMaintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety and ergonomic guidelines.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging, labeling, and shipping.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.Adhere to company policies, including attendance, quality, and safety requirements.Chair Assembly TechnicianAssemble chair components (frames, arms, upholstery attachments, casters, and hardware) Perform basic sub-assemblies and assist with final assembly of seating products.Spring-up TechnicianInstall springs and related hardware in seating prototypes and production units with precision.Verify correct spring type, placement, tension, and alignment according to design specs.Packing Prepare finished seating products for shipment, including protective wrapping, box assembly, palletization, and labeling.Confirm correct product, model, serial/tracking numbers, and destination against packing list.
