TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection work globally with an established portfolio of clients providing best in class Executive Search results.We have partnered with a well respected and patient centred Optometry Practice based on the West Coast of the US looking for a full time Clinical Manager. To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:Based on the West Coast on site 5 days a week 7+ years background in clinical and operational management of a practice or multiple Strong background in Optometry or Ophthalmology needed Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:- Oversee the full clinical and operational day to day running of a high volume practice - Management of clinical and administrative staff as well as 4 providers- Implement and support all areas of the practice including financial, compliance and patient care
