Director of Revenue Cycle Management - Dental
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Director of Dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner for our clients both onshore and offshore. This client-facing role requires a results-driven leader with strong sales acumen, exceptional presentation skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end dental revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to think creatively to drive performance, optimize revenue, and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a dental RCM subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance across the full revenue cycle (front-end, billing, AR, and patient financial services)
Partner with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions to improve cash flow and operational efficiency
Support business development efforts through client presentations, solution design, and sales enablement
Analyze KPIs, trends, and financial data to drive measurable results and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable RCM solutions
Qualifications:
7–10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with 5–7 years in dental RCM
Proven expertise in end-to-end dental billing, coding, AR, and patient data workflows
Strong sales orientation with experience supporting or leading client presentations and solutioning
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results in a client-facing environment
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
